If you were waiting to invite your friend to Google+, then it has become a lot easier. Google has rolled out a subtle change to its users.

The update was announced earlier this week by Google+ engineer Balaji Srinivasan. “Since we’re still in field trial, we’re limiting sign-ups from these links to 150 per person for now,” Srinivasan noted in his Google+ post.

This update allows the ability to share Google+ invites by simply sharing a link. You can have upto 150 to instantly sign up for Google+.

Page Speed Service – a new tool that will help webmasters speed up the loading time of page.

Google’s new Page Speed Service takes many of the optimizations outlined in the company’s Page Speed Online API.

Page Speed Service is an online service to automatically speed up loading of your web pages. Page Speed Service fetches content from your servers, rewrites your pages by applying web performance best practices and serves them to end users via Google’s servers across the globe.

In order to use this service (the service in not available to all, but can be requested by filling out a simple form) sign-up and provide with your serving and reference domains. Next, you send the traffic to Page Speed Service by pointing your DNS CNAME to ghs.google.com.

As Per Google Code Blog, Google says that is has seen speed improvements from 25% to 60% for some sites.

In August, Google has released an updated for the Google+ Android app, adding bug fixes and an improved notification system.

The version 1.0.5 app released on 2^nd August,2011, includes 12 different updates that improves the app’s usability.

• Improved notifications reliability
• “___ added you to Google+” notifications shown in bulk
• Share stream posts to individual people (search people & contacts)
• Clicking a +mention takes you to the person’s profile
• Stream no longer resets to top when screen is rotated

The biggest change to the app is an improvement to the reliability to notifications.

Preview Pane – allows for simultaneous preview for part of an email while browsing/ replying to others. This is a very cool feature especially those who have OUTLOOK will be familiar with such kind of look.

Activating Preview Pane opens up a three-window panel for Gmail, with the Preview Pane in between the navigation and email panes. Activating the horizontal split places the preview pane at the top and emails below the preview pane. Users can change pane settings with a button that appears on the top right corner of Gmail.

One thing I notices is that Preview Pane is working only with Google Chrome (Web Browser by Google), which is little absurd but that is may be how Google can have more users for its web browser.

Preview Pane is part of Gmail Labs. This is Google’s newest Gmail Labs feature.

Instant Pages – a feature that enables almost instantaneous loading of certain web pages. This feature was introduced some time back through Google Chrome’s Beta Version. Finally this has made its way to the stable version of Google Chrome.

Instant Pages preloads some of the Google Search Results before a user clicks on them, this makes the loading process faster than normal.

Twitter has started to roll out a new HTML5-based version of Twitter.com for the iPad.

Besides being fully HTML5-based, the new version utilizes the iPad’s touch screen and sports a two-column look — a welcome change from the current site design, which is far from perfect for browsing on a device such as the iPad.

The new version of the site will become available to device owners over the “next week or so,” Twitter tweeted.

I came across a very cool extension for Google Chrome Browser. After installing the extension in Chrome browser, I am able to sync my Google+ updates with Facebook and vice-versa. Earlier if ones wish to share some thing, then in case facebook – mention that as “Status” and click on Share. While in case of Google+ mention that in the “Stream” and then click on “share”. What’s more this can further allow share that as a tweet.
