I received these sms in my inbox during the election,2009 days. I still wonder how my number is being used. These are marked to be recevied from TM-MAHABAL. Mahabal Mishra is the congress candidate from West Delhi and defeated  opponent  BJP candidate Jagdish Mukhi.
