In addition to its superb imaging capabilities, the Nokia 6600i slide indulges the quality-conscious consumer with its compact and elegant design which it has inherited from the commended Nokia 6600 slide. The brushed steel covers and chrome center key constitute both understated elegance as well as visual simplicity, and discreet tap commands bring the display alive, snooze alerts and silence or reject incoming phone calls.

The new Nokia 6600i slide phone is being touted to be the company’s smallest 5 mega pixel slider till date. Compact in size and stylish in design, the phone has been made in a way that provides the best imaging and sharing to users. One of its main features is the 5 MP camera, which has been equipped with 8x zoom, double flash and auto focus. It also boasts of dual LED flash, using which you can get high-quality snapshots and put life into past moments.

Nokia 6600i slide phone offers XHTML browser, Java MIDP2.0, OMA DRM 1.0 and 2.0, in terms of internet service. Using these services, you can easily share images as well as videos (which you can record with its VGA support at 15 fps and QVGA support at 30 fps). In case you get lost, use Nokia maps to find your way out of any place. Some other features of the phone include stereo music player, which supports MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+ and WMA, along with FM Radio in stereo headset.
