One can pay MTNL landline or Dolphin mobile phone bill online by registering at http://billalert.mtnl.in. Ever since I have started using this facility I don’t have wait out for a Saturday or stand in a queue to pay bills, giving me a huge relief. What more, can also keep track of the calls being made from the registered number, by looking at the “Readings” section. For A list of paid/unpaid bills check the sections provided at the home page once you log in to your account. If you have specified a valid mail-id during registration, you will start receiving copy of you bill over e-mail. 

Steps for Registration and addition of Number

• Open http://billalert.mtnl.in
• Click on the Register button
• Choose details for username/password and provide other mandatory details.
• Once the username is created, log in to the website using you access details.
• At the left side of the browser, choose “Add” to register your number, provide your Customer Number as provided on your Bill, and enter your Number.
• All set, go to home and start tracking and paying bills online.
• The payment can be made either through Credit Card or Debit Card. The list of registered bank is provided when you try to pay the bill.
