Received a SMS on my mobile from AD-CVC GOI, don’t know how authentic this is.
 But the message is like :
“Corruption related complaints can be lodged to CVC at 1800-11-0180 during office hours”.
So, if anyone is really looking forward to raising complaints against corruption do try this.
