DDA Housing Scheme 2010 – Results by Mid April

For all those who applied for DDA flats in DDA housing scheme 2010, the wait is about to end soon. The DDA is going to announce the names of successful applicants of its latest housing scheme by mid April.

The biggest housing scheme till date offering 16,000 flats by Delhi Development Authority had been launched on 25th November, 2010.

The draw of lots for selecting the lucky applicants will take place sometime in mid-April.

Approximately 7.4 lac applicants have been found to eligible out of all the applicants.

The name and other details of the eligible candidates will be put on the DDA website http://www.dda.org.in and the applicants can check if all the details are accurate.

The list will be put up tentatively between March 29 to April 4, 2011. If there are any wrong details in the list the applicants can get it rectified. After the corrections are done, a new list will be again announced.

The scheme was kept open from November 25 to December 24 and DDA was supposed to carry out the draw within four months after the last day of the closure.

Keeping its promise, the authority expects the hold the draw in the second or third week of April.

The flats on offer are located in areas such as Vasant Kunj, Mukherjee Nagar, Motia Khan, Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, Narela, Jaffarabad, Kundli and Gharoli.

There is a mix of 1-bedroom,2-bedroom,3-bedroom houses and the prices range from Rs 9lacs to Rs 1.12 crores.
